We are pleased to inform you of the forthcoming momentous celebration. Her Majesty, the Royal Empress of Yiadom-Hwedie Palace – OBAA hemaa Ohenenana Stella Sereboh Boateng Agyeman Yiadom-Kakari, shall be commemorating her birthday on Sunday, March 31st, 2024.
In recognition of her steadfast support towards our community, the entire New Juaben Table Tennis Club is honored to host this celebration in tribute to our esteemed “Yaa Asantewaa”. Notably, the club’s origins can be traced back to the Royal Palace, the very birthplace of Her Majesty.
The Empress Royal has exhibited an extraordinary affection for children, a quality that we deeply admire and hold dear. To honor this, we will be organizing a tournament on Saturday, March 30th, for boys under the age of 17. They will vie for the prestigious Royal Trophy at the New Juaben Community Center. This event symbolizes our gratitude for her ongoing commitment to fostering human resource development within the municipality.
